I don't pretend to be a good photographer or even a decent one. I use a professional for everything now except photos on the run. What I mean be that is I sell primarily new construction in the dirt phase to out of state investors and i want to give them periodic updates to let them know where we are in the process. The point is not to give them pro pictures but to inform, but when you use an iPhone you are going to get some poor pictures. Here is an example of taking a duplex living and dining.
