Make your outdoor space look like an indoor space. Clean, repair, and paint your deck. Make sure your porch has an inviting seating area. Your patio should have at minimum a table, umbrella, and chairs. If you have outdoor kitchens make certain it is free of grease and debris. If you are lacking a patio or deck then strategically arrange outdoor furniture to create an outdoor room. If you have a pool make it the center piece of the yard.
