What would happen if I ran my business like AT&T runs theirs? I guess when you are a company as large as AT&T you can play by your own rules. I currently have AT&T for my home internet and TV service. Lately I have been having trouble with one of the TV's not working. It turns out the problem is the AT&T receiver. A call to AT&T led to an attempt to walk me through a manual reboot of the system. This only worked for a while. So now a technician needed to be scheduled to come to my house and (6 comments)
