Fourth Quarter Sold Data for Belle Creek saw a surprising surge in activity. Eight homes were sold between October and the end of December, leaving the neighborhood scarce on available existing home inventory. While the new Oakwood homes are available for purchase, most of these are dirt-start. At this time, none of them have yet been occupied. We did see a drop in sold price per square foot from 3Q $111 to $95 for the end of the year. This is largely due to the amount of distressed property sales.
