First, I want to state that King of the House, Inc is a smaller firm. There are basically two employees, me and I own it, and the hired hand who is of Italian descent, Mr. Topolino Stromboli. I have spent lots of money on training this employee. He is supposed to do office work and some inspection duties. He is fully trained as a "certified attic technician" acronym C.A.T. One of the most costly aspects of business, if you have employees, is paying the payroll taxes that are associated with such staff: social security, Medicare, federal and state unemployment taxes, L&I. And the government takes a grim view on ducking such taxes. But there is a loophole! Sometimes it is amazing where certain individuals choose to sleep. So, in this case, could this bathroom legally be classified as a bedroom?
