Wow, 2019 went by quickly. At Bellingham Technical College we are still going strong with our professional level home inspector training courses. The next class will be in 2020. Last year snow bogged us down in early February, so we are running the four week course a little later this year -- beginning on February 24, 2020. And it ends, both Fundamentals and Field Training, on March 20. BTC is the only WA state college run home inspection training course. Our faculty consists of capable and dedicated instructors. The home inspection training course at Bellingham Technical College now has a "dedicated" room for teaching the residential home inspection training classes. Many students ask about the training facilities and the campus. Since BTC is a part of the state technical and community college system, we have a large campus. I cannot believe how this campus has grown since my early recollections of it from the 1960's. A map of the current layout is below.
