My heart skipped a beat today as I approached my favorite mall at Park Meadows in Lone Tree. The demolition had begun on the Lord and Taylor store, it looked like the setting of a bombing. No, it isn't a terrorist attack, just an economic decision to tear down a perfectly good store to replace it with an outdoor walking mall. The soon to be gone store is less than 10 years old!
