I just read a wonderful featured post by Ron Holborn Commercial & Residential Real Estate California that is currently on our dashboard. YES WE SHOULD BE WORRIED. Every Realtor, and ANYONE in our related field will be affected. I posted this the other day and received a few comments from mostly positive people that look at the bright side. Have you noticed lately that your local agents are dropping like flies? The other day I stopped in at one of Sam Walton's Super Stores and there in the media isle stood one of my former agents. Our game is Real Estate and it is up and down and all around right now. How do we handle this? With kid gloves. Let's talk appraisals. They have an incredible effect on our pricing in different neighborhoods don't they? If you are like me I have several neighborhoods that I regularly work. Some are economically stronger than others and what about the weaker ones? Why are the prices dropping?
