new condos in San Francisco's Mission District
Living in the Mission district is popular with many, including Millennial. Who better than to tell you about one new condo complex than my assistant, a Millennial herself. These units are selling quickly; as of two days ago, only 5 of the 18 units are still available.
The Mission is a very trendy, up-and-coming neighborhood and the brand new homes at 3590 20th Street are close to all of the most important things, like transportation, shops and restaurants.

Van Ness Avenue is one of the major north-south thoroughfares in San Francisco. Actually a part of Highway 101, it passes by Davies Symphony Hall, The War Memorial Opera House, Herbst Theatre, and City Hall. Many people recall when it was known as “auto row” and a few high-end show rooms are still located here. However, as one crests the hill at Sacramento Street and continues north, the atmosphere changes and it takes on much more of a neighborhood feel.

There's a building boom going on in San Francisco, with cranes spotted almost everywhere one looks. Much of the building is in the South of Market area (SOMA) and along Market Street, both commercial and residential. However, some condominium projects are being built along the Van Ness Avenue corridor, too, in the northern part of the City. Three in various stages of completion are:
