Yorba Linda, CA is an upscale community surrounded by gentle rolling hills in Northern Orange Co. California.The slogan for the city is "the land of gracious living" and indeed it is. Another claim to fame is the Richard M. Nixon birthplace and Presidential Library and Museum, pictured right.
When it comes to real estate in Yorba Linda you can find a wide variety of prices. Yet when it comes to upper-end homes Yorba Linda has a larger percentage of upscale homes than most neighboring cities.

57  re-sale homes were for sale,as compared to 61/52/61/53/50/59/56/67/81/65/94/ respectively for the past few months.    31 pending sales & back-ups, compared to 22/20/21/28/42/33/20/23/18/15/24/20/16 in prior months.   19  homes closed in Feb. as compared to 19/19/17/29/33/23/20/22/15/24/29 respectively in the prior 12 months.  Average selling price in Brea  was $622,400 (up slightly from last month) for 2,534 square feet, @41.83 per square foot. La Habra CA is located in northern Orange County. La Habra's neighbors to the west are Whittier, and La Mirada to the south, both of these cities are in L. A. County. La Habra like other So Cal cities has experienced a share of bank repos. Yet unlike other areas the number is relatively low in the big scheme of things.
Consider this as of February 2010:

I took these photos about two months ago while visiting the Richard M.Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in nearby Yorba Linda, CA. The museum itself if a great place to visit for many reasons. That's right, it's been one year ago this week that Brea's long awaited Sports Park. The grand opening was quite a celebration!
