Yes, Virginia, some banks are getting smart!
Enjoy Elgin's video and learn what's happening. Perhaps you have a loan from the banks Elgin mentions. The banks are looking at the bottom line from a different angle. Let's see - can we do the math? 30¢ to 40¢ on the dollar for foreclosures and 60¢ to 80¢ on the dollar for a short sale --- hmmmmmmm. I guess if the banks work the short sale route - everyone "wins" - or at least gets out less beaten up!

The key point she makes - a bit like the "31 Day Challenges" - is to actually DO the signing up. She suggests setting up a schedule and slogging through!
