How is the real estate market doing so far in 2018?
How are prices doing? Remember that every subdivision and town is responding differently if and 'when' a home in the area goes on the market. Sellers are now pretty happy with prices or have decided that now is a good time to move. Maybe you are also thinking of moving?
Our real estate market is still considered a sellers market but inventory has increased over the last month in some cases by a third.

Real Estate Market Update - Northwest Suburbs - December 2015This is the place to get those Northwest Suburban real estate questions answered!
This month is the year's finally tally and how did we do?
Sales were good across the board in our Northwest Suburbs with total closed numbers increasing between 1% to 20% over the 2014 year. I feel that the market will continue to improve throughout the coming 2016 year.
