Did you ever have one of those days where you're driving around with a couple of buyer clients, that you hardly know, and you're supposed to be somewhere for signing, but everything is going wrong? Nothing is working out right. You can remember the name of the listing agent but you can’t remember the address of the listing that they're buying. All you can remember is a vague description of it and where it is. How could you forget? You pull into this residence where the listing agent is supposed to be because you’re going to meet her.
