30 Hale Pili Way just closed for full price of $1,295,000 - a beautiful 2 acre lot in a prestigious neighborhood with multi-million dollar homes. What's for sale in this north shore beach town right now at the end of 2016? Including land, condos and houses, there's a diverse selection and a big price range. Everybody wants to live close to the beaches and not too far from Costco and the airport too. With limited new construction in the area the supply is tight with mostly resales.

3016 S. Kihei Rd. sold for $8,000,000 on 8/15/16. Originally listed for $12,000,000 the previous October, once the price came down to around $9,000,000 a serious cash buyer made his move. Kulamalu Hilltop is unique in the upcountry Maui region. I can't think of any other gated communities in Makawao or Pukalani. Sure, there's some in Kula, but those are generally large AG communities with acres for each homesite.
Ohia Lehua Place is the one cul-de-sac street with only 12 lots, in Kulamalu Hilltop. Homes along the outer rim enjoy spectacular ocean views. These homes are limited to a single story.
