Several weeks ago, during a routine home inspection of a new home in Bryan, Texas, the inspector told my first time home buyer client that the left side of the soffit did not have vent holes, like were present on the right hand side. The e-mail notifying me that he signed my guest book arrived on Monday. He had visited my website some hours earlier. In responding to his e-mail, it was apparent that the location was unusual. Last night was the last evening of our College Station, Texas Citizens’ Police Academy. It is essentially an extended tour (ten Tuesday nights) of the Police Department.
