We have seen a big drop in available homes for sale as buyers are jumping in to the market snapping up homes throughout all price ranges and in all areas of Gilbert. March recorded the second straight month of increasing Active inventory in Gilbert, Arizona. There were 1,159 Active homes for sale in March versus only 1,090 homes for sale in Gilbert in February. The number of new listings coming on to the market from February to March also increased by 113 homes. The final statistic of Sold listings on the graph below is also on the rise.
