US News & World Report has named Charlotte a best place to live for 2023/2024, ranking the Queen City #8 out of 150 metropolitan centers. The report evaluated 150 most populous metropolitan areas based on how they met Americans' living expectations. Grading factors included value, job market, desirability and quality of life.
And those of us who make Charlotte our home couldn't agree more! The Southern Living article barely scratched the surface about everything that's happening in Charlotte. And it's the Charlotte lifestyle that also had Zillow including the Queen (18 comments)

Shopping in Charlotte, North Carolina really does offer many options... from the most basic to the most luxurious goods and stores. We've had our large malls on the south side of town for years: SouthPark and Carolina Place. We've had our large outdoor malls like the Arboretum, Blakeney, Stonecrest. In recent years, Northlake Mall has opened on the north side of Charlotte. Concord Mills, which is a fabulous outlet shopping mall, opened in the last 10 years in Concord just on the Charlotte border and was a super addition to shopping options in Charlotte.
