SOUTHAMPTON HOME SALES OVERVIEW Southampton neighborhood continued to suffer from lack of inventory in Quarter 3-2023. Just three properties sold (down 40% from the same quarter one year ago). For a community with some 418 homes three home sales a drop in the bucket. The lack of inventory resulted in double digit sale price increases over the same quarter last year, a list to sale price ratio of 103.47%, and just 14 days on market.
