In this fast-paced world, so many of us are not allowing ourselves to take a moment to breathe and enjoy the wonders all around us. It seems we are all contributing to this mindset and way of living collectively. The main suggestion I always offer to my clients when talking about the Health and Creativity Gua's, is to allow time for just them. We need to have fun, even during challenging times. When we allow ourselves to enjoy, laugh and play, it's like you are releasing a pressure point of stress for your spirit, emotional and physical bodies.

Does Feng Shui Work for outside areas? Question: Dear Feng Sui Expert: I am thinking about putting in something nice in my front yard.
