The weather outside has finally cooled off on the east coast after a pretty long heat wave. So in celebration of this cooler weather, I decided to check out Saturday yoga class on the beach. Yes, it was a pretty early wake up call, but who cares! It's summer, its beautiful out, and your about due to yoga on the beach to start your day!

You will learn how to combine several forms of Feng Shui and intuitive thinking to create powerful practical solutions. She will guide you through the various dynamics of Feng Shui, including Yin and Yang principles, the Five Elements, understanding how to read and understand the Ba-gua map and implementing Transcendental Cures. For all those yogis out there, fret not as you could still get your yoga on in-between flights! This may not be the case for all airports, yet when flying to SFO (San Francisco International airport) they have dedicated two rooms for yoga in terminal 2 and 3. The facility is free of charge and open daily 24 hours. (7 comments)
I finally decided to give it a fair try because I notice certain aspects of my health needed to be enhanced a touch more. I am not attending any classes right now, but I have found a series of Youtube videos to get me started. If you really need or want to try something, you'll make it happen.
All I'll say is, I should have tried Yoga a long time ago. I really enjoy the meditative practice, blended with gentle movements and deep stretching. I have also noticed my energy feeling more grounded and focused.
