If I only sold 52% of all my listings, would you call me? The "truth" behind the market disruptors, the numbers don't lie. In 2023, as of December 19th, this company had 1,248 properties fail to sell. They closed 2,632 and currently have 133 pending or under contract. That's a 48% Failure to sell, for a total of 4,327 properties in 2023.
To put this in comparison of another Arizona Brokerage who also lists and sells homes, this other company, closed 8,075 properties in 2023. 1,087 of those were cancelled or expired which means their failure to sell percentage was a mere … (5 comments)
