destination specialist: My First Relocation Assignment

This afternoon I received my first relocation assignment from our company headquarters. Although I passed the required relocation test and served as a Buyer's Agent in two previous relocation transaction, I would like some advice from the pros, please. I did contact the family to introduce myself and learn what type of home they are hoping to purchase. Fortunately, that conversation went very well. Your comments and/or recommendations abou to how to service these clients between now and the end of July when they will be visiting our area will be greatly appreciated. This is a corporate move.
