Sonoran Property Inspections is going to the Inspection Stimulus Conference in September and we are excited to learn and participate in some new things. We will be looking into the Infra Red technology that is available and are considering using this in our inspections. We will also be participating in a roofing seminar and a moisture intrusion seminar with the hopes of furthering our investigative techniques with the hopes of providing a better inspection for our customers. I have an extensive 27 year background in new home construction and inspection. I have worked for large national well respected home builders and a few small private builders and without a doubt the answer to the above question is a resounding YES! I have seen just about all of the home building blunders. The biggest one is as follows: The home was built about 1990, 3000 square feet.
