Without much thought, we have always intentionally maintained a strong work ethic of getting up, dressing up and showing up, prepared. We do the same for the back yard garden by pulling weeds, encouraging growth.

Several years ago...
I had to change the business direction. A solid referral partnership with an out-of-area brokerage meant they sent all potential buyers and sellers in my direction.
 
After re-configuring their outside sales program, I was no longer on the list. Silly me, to depend on their business for many yearly transactions. Remember the saying, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket?" Yes, I really did that for quite a few years!

Wanting success and pursuing it are two completely different things. A person who sincerely moves forward despite any impediments or obstacles can be triumphant.

Determination: Getting up, dressing up and showing up while meeting the day means being up to the challenge. Anything less will not do.  
Desire: Feeling passion inwardly radiates outward and people are able feel the genuineness. Being inspired means also being the one who can and does for others.
