A more affordable option when buying in surrounding rural towns, like Cedar City, New Castle, Kanab, Orderville, Central and Enterprise. Purchasing homes in those areas because may fall within a fixed budget. They drive is further to St. George proper but home buyer goals can be achieved.

Here we go into the last month of the first quarter. Did you know that March was named after Mars? I didn’t either until I looked it up. Mars is the icon for fiercely proud and patriotic qualities - that suits me.

As summer soon comes to a close, school is back is session and home buyers are again, ready to purchase in the southern Utah area. New construction permits total 1860 from January 01, 2018 to August 15, 2018, for Single Family Homes and 875 for other.
Washington County Utah Only- No outside sales
Single Family Residential sales decreased from 343 in June to 308 but it is the highest for Single Family Closings of any July since 2004. (Washington County only and do not include Condo, Townhouse, Modular, Manufactured, Mobile or New Construction numbers).

Homes priced well will sell quick, especially in the St. George, Utah area. Optimum spring weather has continued to be a big draw for buyers in the market. With a declining inventory, new construction is on the rise! Single Family Home Permits increased from 200 in March to 206 in April.
