Moving to southern Utah isn't one of them! This grand bird has found a home here in the high desert as visitors often do. People come to vacation, participate in a major event or on business and are drawn to the clean air, mild temperatures and small town atmosphere. Many will visit and some will come back to find their final destination in a forever home.

St. George “Spring Fling” Volleyball Tournament featuring Olympian Jake Gibb.
The City of St. George is hosting a large, outdoor, two-on-two volleyball tournament to be held Saturday at Vernon Worthen Park, 300 S. 400 East in St. George, Utah. Amateurs and professionals are welcome to join in the FUN! Bring your friends and cheer on the teams as they play toward the championship!
30 teams will be playing at one time at Vernon Worthen Park in this all day event. Registration can be done online by clicking here.

Having an established restaurant in St. George, Utah since 2012 at their 188 North Bluff Street location, Earl and Tifiny Rose took the opportunity to expand their Breakfast at Tifiny's la creperie and opened the 2nd location at the Green Valley Spa!
The breakfast menu includes: Creme Brulet French Toast, Sweet and Savory Crepes and Eggs Benedict. The lunch menu includes: French dip made with slow roasted roast beef on a baguette with Swiss cheese, mushrooms and onions. The eclairs are freshly made to order and are like eating air!

It's true! Mitt and Ann were in the audience watching Tuacahn's production of Disney's The Little Mermaid along with 5 grandchildren just a few days ago. They were also seen enjoying a meal at Cafe Rio, one of St. George's favorite Mexican restaurants. This once again proves that southern Utah is quite the draw for people across the nation, not to mention international visitors!

Spring in the St. George, Utah area means vibrant colors complimented by various hues of green with sweet scents at every turn. This is one of my favorite times of year as the landscape comes alive, tantalizing the senses.

Everyone has one or two in the family; People who are able to take mere words and intrinsically weave a story that tantalizes the imagination! In our family, it was my grandfather Henry, who then passed down the talent to my mother. No matter the subject, she had us all bug-eyed mesmerized with colorful tales and raucous events of the past.
I miss those days but remember them well.

Diving in and doing the work in order to succeed without question gives you an advantage over the competition every single day. You must get through it in order to gain positive results. I am a firm believer in the old adage of:
Getting up Dressing up & Showing up It has been my mantra since beginning a career in real estate and know that it has definitely helped me to 'get a leg up' when utilized!

At the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon yesterday, the keynote speaker mentioned some guaranteed tips to greater success. The biggest thing I came a way with was to maintain a professional, positive presence on the internet.
You will be tested however. The best advice that I can give to anyone who uses social media as part of their business plan is, Do Not Feed the Trolls!
People post controversial subjects designed to incite and then lurk behind the internet with their vitriolic responses. I had to pass on a few articles designed to stir up such a reaction today. There … (13 comments)

I'm smiling while looking toward the southern Utah skies as the sun warms my skin, beckoning me to stay a while. Perhaps that is another reason why people continue to return to the St. George area to live and enjoy the offerings.
