Many people reside in southern Utah for its affordable living climate. A sound economy, sunny days and small town atmosphere add to the attraction. They may choose to live in the heart of the city or prefer a more rural setting, near state or national parks or landmarks.  
 
 
No longer just a retirement community or a stop on the highway to gas up or stay a night and move on, southern Utah is a destination for many looking for gainful employment as well. Tech jobs are springing up, along with medical occupations and construction opportunities galore!

Sunny days are missed when gray, billowy skies take over, casting dark shadows along the landscape as they scurry along or set in. Thankfully, there are few and far between days like that here in southern Utah.
 
With over 300 days of sunshine per year, the St. George, Utah area produces some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Add that to the picturesque canyons, red rock cliffs, sandstone bluffs, clean air, small town atmosphere and mild year 'round temperatures and you’re home. Sweet home.
