Buying a home is a great time. I have learned many things as an agent and it's one thing to be totally on top of things and be in a position to be right on top, and it is another thing to be a pest to some. I think as much as people like lots of communication and follow up it is just as important to make sure you give people their space. The trees are budding up, the little plants are pointing their heads above the ground to get there share of light. The birds are out in song, waters rushing, blue skies, peacefulness,parks, and friendly people interacting. It was just a beautiful day in Wisconsin, and the weather is getting so nice.

Recently, I had a chance to come across this video. Whether you are a Democrat or Republican you can't help but be amused by this. In a time when everything is painted with pale antidotes I still find it refreshing when someone can make fun of themselves in a humorous connotation. It is easier and better to laugh with people rather than at them.

Recently I was forced to look back at my life and make some pretty important decisions; prior I had paradigms that really may not have been the fact.
The same can exist in Real Estate. Brokers, Sellers, Buyers, and more can fall victim to this fast.
For example; If the market is bad it is bad everywhere.
Don't buy because of the economy because media enforces this idea. The real truth being that if you are working, and have good credit, the selection is wonderful, and interests rates are great.

First of all, I would like to wish everyone in activerain, and the World, a Happy Saint Patrick's day.
It started early in my State. I saw a girl so drunk at noon today that she could not count her money at the register at Walgreen's. I really hoped that poor girl did not get in a car.
I saw some other guys singing Irish songs, falling over, or just about to, and they were not Irish. I think they were from Mexico. Everyone can be Irish for a day,and they sure were having a blast.

The day I got into Real Estate I went out and bought a cheap suit, showed up at my office. They put me in a chair and sell "GO at it son"
From that day froward I noticed changes left in right in the forms, the way business was done, laws that applied, and morels, ethics, and disclosure.

It is a Saturday and I am in the mist of cleaning out the unwanted files that I have accumulate over the last year. In addition to that requires putting all of the closed files in a file rack loaded with boxes. I for one hope I never have to see them for awhile and for the wrong reasons.
