The LOCAL Real Estate Market is on an UPSWING for the 4th consecutive week. The number of homes that have received offers to purchase is 2x the number of homes that are coming on the market. We are starting to see homes sell within just days of coming on the market, getting multiple offers and selling for more than the listed price. Sales for Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville and the rest of the Eastside are brisk. How many Million Dollar Plus Homes Do You Think SOLD in Redmond in 2011? I thought that there would be a lot. Since Redmond is home to Microsoft and dozens of other High-Tech Companies, but only 23 homes in 2011 SOLD for $1,000,000 or more in Redmond, according to Northwest Multiple Listing Service. These photos were taken today about 12:30 pm on the NE 85th Street bridge looking to the South East.
