HOW IS YOUR BUSINESS PLAN COMING? DELIVERING KEN'S RIVER BEND AND CARROLWOOD VIEW...

By

How is your business plan coming?

Do you have one?

I did.  Ken's 6 month business plan.  It was simple, yet it kept me on track.  Focused.  I completed "the plan" about a month ago.

I have yet to put a new one together...

I am still working hard.  Open houses.  Delivering newsletters.  Blogging.  Showings.  Listings...

Yet I don't feel quite as confident because I am no longer "on plan".

Hopefully succesful, but who really knows?

So how is your business plan coming?

Do you have one?

If you don't, why don't you try making a ONE MONTH PLAN...

Keep it real simpleThe more details you add, the harder it is to follow...

Commit to doing something positive, put it down on paper, and give it a month.

You will feel good...

If you had a plan, perhaps you have fallen behind or fallen off?

That is OK too...

It is VERY easy to fall off your plan.  But it's just as easy to get back on it...

Remember, keep it simple...

I will have my new plan written soon.  I will share it online.

In the meantime, I am just going to keep on delivering my newsletters...

My plan keeps getting blown up (for the better)  I have been very blessed and AR has been part of that.

I really like your Newsletter!

Hi Ken... It's great to have a plan.  Without one, the path you are on may not take you to the destination that you wish to reach!

Ken,

I do need to work a little harder but I am close to being on track for the year.  I am glad to see that things are going well for you my friend.

Ken, a great idea about the monthly plan if nothing else. I always know what I am doing over the next two weeks it has always been my way. My Five year plan is in full effect. Even with inventory and interest rates the end use consumer is slow to the party for me.

Bright spot Cubs start this week. Planning on catch the Cubs series in FLA late July. Hopefully will make it to Chicago in mid August.
