Finding The Missing Puzzle Piece Can Make Your Day

By

Final Puzzle PieceSo much about the real estate business and life is about searching, about a quest. Looking for houses, finding a good inspector, lining up with a great Stager to sell the house faster, seeking out a Title company in states that use them that make for a smooth closing.

Finding The Missing Puzzle Piece Can Make Your Day.

You know when a situation is not quite right. A puzzle piece is missing. I had a situation where everything was going along smoothly to closing and then the income dropped in a window of time due to job change. Closing was threatened. A puzzle piece was missing. Fortunately with other lender options at hand a missing puzzle piece was found and there was a happy ending.

Be curious in life. With work, with relationships, and find those missing puzzle pieces. It takes trial and error and above all persistence. But like finding true love, when you get that last piece to fit, you just know it.

May all your puzzles fit together well to create a beautiful picture.

Hi Gary.  There certainly many pieces that need to come together for a successful closing.

Our jobs are more challenging than most know...

Thanks for writing,

Whether there are 10 or a 1,000 components in the puzzle finding that final piece is always the most satisfying.  Thanks Gary!

Gary - "Be curious in life."  B-I-N-G-O!!!  The old tale of curiousity killing the cat is one I was never a big fan of.  I kind of think that curious is what keeps one on all fours.  Curious answers questions.  Yet another good analogy from "The Inspirational One" Mr. Gary Woltal:)

Gary,

It is so funny you talk about the puzzle..I always feel finding a home for a buyer was like putting a puzzle together. Sometimes that perfect house is right under our noses!

Hi Gary, A very cleaver analogy. The only thing that complicates the puzzle is that is seems to get bigger and bigger and more and more pieces are missing. When found, they often seen to be a discolored or a corner torn off, :-)
