Lost a deal today...

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage~ Ginger Harper Real Estate Team 93383

I am crushed..  I have worked 2 weeks on putting this deal together.  All seemed to finally be working out until this morning when my buyer emailed to me tell me that his job was in flux due to the economic situation that we all find our selves in..so This deal went south.

I am OK...I know that they are strong and if they can weather the first cuts..they will be OK.

Nicest folks.  I would really like to get them into this area.

Pick your self up, dust yourself off and start all over again.

Hopefully you have built a trusting relationship with your buyers and they will not forget you when they are ready.  Great attitude to have...reminds me of "just keep swimming, just keep swimming."

Ginger, yes you just have to wish them well and move on. These are the storms that are weathered by those who don't give up just because of the wind has shifted. Hope your year turns out great.

Awe, sorry about that.  If you built a relationship with them, they'll be back.  Good luck to you.

I see it all the time in Mi. One house had 2 different offers on it at different times.

Both feel apart due to the buyers job loss.

Hang in there.

Flux, is a four letter word. It has impacted many peoples lives in a negative way. Hopefully things will start to flow and flux will be a thing of the past. May the next one result in a sale.
