Personal Marketing Idea For Your Website - Tip of The Week!

By
Real Estate Agent with Jaclyn Smith Properties

Create a page on your website dedicated to the buyer who just closed on that wonderful home you helped them purchase. Tell them to email you their pictures they take documenting their move-in day and post them to their dedicated page so all their friends and family can see the pictures.

B-T-W, be sure you have a picture taken of yourself and your clients together with you handing them their keys or their welcome home gift. Add that one to their collection.

If your clients don't have a digital camera - buy them a disposable one - their cheap!

Nothing more powerful than a picture - Priceless!

Helping your business succeed!

Good ideas, keep sharing them; new and old agents need to remember these things in a "normal" market.

Excellent, excellent idea Bobby.  I'm definitely going to incorporate this one into my "marketing" plan.  Have you been doing this and if so, what kind of feedback have you gotten?

Great idea.

I take digitals and then put them on a private page for my buyers.  They can e-mail the web page address to friends and relatives.

Hi, Bobby!

I'm glad you posted about this, because I think it's such a great idea - it didn't deserve to be hiding as a comment on my post!

Great idea, Bobby!  I've heard and seen of people who have a page on their website dedicated to their past clients with pictures, etc., but the idea of having a "floating" page for your most recent clients is really interesting.

Thanks for the idea!

Love the tip of the week format! Just remember. I heard though the grapevine that if you want your post to count for points, it has to be at least 250 words.

I do this every time and you are correct they e-mail it to everyone they know. 100's of potential new clients that have never heard of you.
