Do you personally know of that Agent or heard of the Agent that is very succesful but does not share any information with other coworkers (Agents) I dont blame him. We all want to be successful and eventually if you work hard enough you will be. Anyway. I am not that agent :) I came across this website that promotes the Smart Buyer program. What is it? Its a Freddie Mac program that saves our clients money$$$$. Following is the link www.homesteps.com The kewl thing about this site is that is has a link for agents to sign up and pick 10 zipcodes in your area that you service and potential clients will be directed directly to you. Again shhhhhhhhhhh we dont want the word to get out becuase then we might all become to successful :)
