By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Weaver Realtors B55786000

Hey Everyone,

This blog is a record of the day-to-day workings and issues inside a new brokerage. I am writing it to help others make the leap successfully or decide to stay where they are after seeing what it takes to be successful and through your advice and input help me grow a new company

I see this as a journey, and every journey needs preparation, resources and a destination. Sharing this with you will help me, I do hope to help you too. If you have questions about things as I blog please put them in the comments, any advice is humbly and gratefully received.

Next blog will be my beginning business statistics - Thank you

My hat is on and I have taken to the open road - high mountains in view but level path and sunshine straight ahead.

My broker re-launched her company this summer.  4 of us left a big National Broker together.  She is not looking to build the next big national organization, she just couldn't handle the split anymore.  Since she is an active agent and mortgage broker, she isn't looking to get rich on us (the split is VERY good for us).  We each pay our own expenses but it is worth every penny.  Best wishes; keep your chin up and keep pushing!!!

Lewis,

Thank you for the comment, I like your Broker! We seem to have a lot in common, although I don't do mortgages. I think there are a lot of people out there who feel the same way as you and your Broker.
