It's Starting to Feel like Running again...

When you have been without running for a while - you cannot wait to start again.  The same holds true to the real estate market.  With all of the work, extra hours, and even more dedication than a "monk", I still felt as if I had been running in place.

We are not "hurting" which we can thank God for.  But it is five times the work for the same return.  The volume is much higher now, but we have adjusted.

It just has been in the last few weeks that it seems that the tide is turning.  Our leads have started to pickup and we are getting more calls from our Blogging efforts and Video's.

Speaking of blogging efforts, Active Rain has been a true blessing.  Here are the most recent entries.

Short Sale updates for the Santa Clarita Valley were posted this AM - I have included a Video walk through of Short Sale inventory.

For the Foreclosures, we had 5 new ones come onto the Real Estate Market for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley - The buyers we are working with were glad to see that!

Everything Else - Real Estate and the normal "human" listings have been on the rise.  No matter the market, people need to do something related to Real Estate - the normal sellers have been on the rise as of late.

Relocating? - We post that too, REMAX Relocation with regard to our working the Southern area and the Surrounding communities of the Santa Clarita Valley.

Finally - The Real Estate Media Blog - We are about advertising above and beyond.  We see by the numbers of active buyers from the Real Estate market that are viewing our listings, we are doing something right and not paying through the teeth for it.

Yes, it DOES seem like things are picking up just a bit.  Good news.  I just hope the tidal wave of homes that we keep hearing about comes in soon.  I have buyers just waiting to buy.  Have a great weekend.
