Now you can have the client enroll on your web site and they can monitor the process of there credit restoration 24/7 thru a secured login assigned to them at the time they enroll. The customer service department will follow up with the client through out the process to assure best case scenario. You don’t do anything else. This really is a hands off process. I personally have a least 5 clients going through this process at all times. This are loans that would not normally close under there existing credit situation. I also recieve a large number of referrals as a result of getting clients into a new homes that thought they would never qualify for.
You as a agent also will have access to your clients accounts so you can monitor there process as well.
Scenario:
Now what if you have a client that wants to buy a home but has credit issues? Or they can’t get the type of loan or enough LTV do to credit score?
You enroll them into the credit restoration process and move on to the next client. Twice a month or once a month you log into there account and check there status. Now what if you tell the client when they enroll in the credit repair process you will credit them the cost for there credit repair at closing. That’s a win/win for all parties.
Do you have files that couldn't close do to credit score? What if you called them tomorrow and got them in rolled in this process. You could have an additional closing in 90 to 180 days that you didn't expect.
