Hi everyone. Here's another little treat from my recent trip to Sydney. These guys are winning awards for some awesome work. This video makes clever use of emotionally charged and building music, brilliant camera work with lots of light, movement and color and of course...some great testimonials.

Very interesting. I think this is the way things are going. I'm not quite sure how cost effective it might be on an agent basis.

Possibly, the brokerage could afford it.

Yes Brian. I agree. Cost is always a factor but once you've got it it's done and u can use it continually. Imagine posting ur personal profile vid to YouTube and sending your link to the seller before ur listing appointment. The leverage opportunities for content like this are virtually limitless. Ray
