Low Maine Real Estate Prices, Gorgeous Scenery, Friendly People...Brokers Have UnFair Advantage.

Any real estate broker brags up a new property listing, points out the benefits of the area to make the phone ring, emails to pour in, office visits to happen.

For starters, where the property is located. Setting, scenery, privacy, not too many people to mess it up, caused noise, hubbub.

Wildlife, four season views, outdoor recreation because there are not a zillion people. So where we are in Maine is advantage above and beyond number one. Mark off setting, views as reason number one that not all state brokers can use to get a real estate buyer excited.

Second, less people and the ones we have are friendly, helpful, family oriented, hard working. They pitch in, are not lazy, not sticking a hand out or feeling entitled. They stand on their own two feet, raise kids that stand the same way. Grateful for what we have, not handcuffed with shackles of gold, or needing this, maine lake waterfrontthis and this gadget, material "stuff" and then we will be happy. For a while. Instead, it's home grown gratitude and positive attitude.

The outdoor beauty, 4th lowest crime state statistics which means the local news is not peppered with drive by shooting here, here, and here. Or gang violence, protests, drug busts. Less people, less problems, less media shocking news to make you feel scared of where you live, or disgusted.

We are glad to be here, feeling more and more grateful the more we travel, see how it is not this way in many other places. Mark down, check off local volunteers that work hard to make the area a better place to live, one with helpful folks for neighbors who care about each other.

Third, the prices. Everything you know about real estate prices divide by three, four.

House, car insurance is a fraction of what you pay now too. Less accidents, less people, no traffic, lower Maine real estate prices so less coverage to have to provide.

Get more for maine family farmingless. Own the place instead of saddled with a 30 year mortage.

We take money right out of the equation. Maine homes for in the $30,$40, $50,000 price bracket and nothing is wrong with them. Mark down, shout about low low real estate prices in Maine. High quality built to last housing, cheap land acreage listing prices.

Three little reasons that give a Maine agent, real estate broker, REALTOR a whale of a leg up, advantage in the list, marketing, selling property profession. Maine, peddling ME homes, land, farms, waterfront, mom & pop business listings is way way easier when the state has more to offer.
