Hi Kathy, my husband is the listing agent (co-listed with another local brokerage there).  He is retired Marine LtCol and owns his own brokerage.  He was a JAG officer and judge before retiring and helping his real estate clients. He knows that market as well as the military buyer (and me, VA loans), so there is quite a synergy there.  They are under new management that is much more broker-friendly in the coop now.  It's worth a look.
