Mark Eibner: Alex what’s going on man?
Alex Blyakhman: We would meant to go couple of seminars basically here is the deal everyone is having problems with their agent population. Whoever can figure out the secrets to making agents do what they want wins, so I've got some ideas.
Mark Eibner: Wow.
Alex Blyakhman: Yeah.
Mark Eibner: So what do you mean making them do what they want? What is it these agents are doing?
Alex Blyakhman: Well basically, you know everything we talk about the content game right so here is the new properties go on giving, building their websites all the stuff could be essentially professional on the web.
Mark Eibner: Amazing so in the web world its still basically 20% are doing it right, 80% are doing it wrong.
Alex Blyakhman: Exactly and how do you motivate the 80% that are not doing it right or actually its not doing it, its not necessarily even the wrong way to do it.
