One of the well attended annual events scheduled by the Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association (HOA) is the annual community yard sale. The association rents parking spaces to Lake Ridge residents at the main office complex
It is highly unlikely all of the 38,000 Lake Ridge residents will show up, but you will receive far more exposure than you would on your front lawn and the price for the exposure is very reasonable. You would be wise to consider making your space reservation early.
Last year I spent more than I made from the sale of unwanted items, but it was a lot of fun and I made many new acquaintances. It was well worth the time we spent and I highly recommend it
