So this was the big news in Belmont Bay you were teasing us with last week. Very cool
Chris Ann-yes it is. A 12 unit TH project with 6 commercial street front retail offices available as well. County approval is in hand. Floorplans have been hashed out, parking approved....you get the idea. I'm very excited and think it will be a nice addition to Belmont Bay and Prince William County.
I guess the cat is out of the bag now on the new project. Congratulations on the new venture.

Michael-it is the first new waterfront development in this area in a while. Great views and I'll be posting floorplans soon. It's been interesting working with this from an empty lot to fully approved plans.
