The Charlotte Real Estate market is pulling up rather quickly. The Peninsula Club, a Lake Norman Upscale Cornelius community, you will find sold signs on many of the million dollar homes that have been on the market for more than 120 days. Yes, of course, some of the prices had to come down, but the fact of the matter is that homes are selling and the market is tightening up. The medium priced inventory once found in other communities is depleting as well. In fact, I was showing a MI home (265,000 range) to one of my clients over the weekend and every time we turned around it seemed like a new set of buyers walked into their model home.
