I need to “remotion” some signs

Yes it even happens to me.  I need to remotion at least two of my signs.  I don’t like doing this but if you’re an agent you need to do this from time to time.  I know of some agents that do not do this.  They continue to let their signs stay in the same place.  So anyway I don’t want to get into trouble.  The meaning of (ri mo’shen) the act of removing.  I’m losing two listings this weekend and I need to remove the signs.

I enjoy removing my signs * either the property is LEASED or the property is GONE to allow another property for me to LEASE * I am determined to NOT buy ANY NEW SIGNS!  I want to better situate what I have AND take care of them!  Turning them over FASTER is the KEY!

End of next month I will be also and I echo Don's sentiments. I hope that these were not great listings if they expired, and that you will get other, better ones!

all the best...

Good Morning James, in some cases the remotion is good the property could be overprices and allows you the sign for another better listing.....Make it a great day.

The "remotion" of a sign is good if the property is sold. It is also good if you terminated the listing for good cause. It may also be good if the listing was overpriced and expired and, you learned from your mistake!
