Fed Steps Up

G.N.O. Appraisal is glad to see that Fed Finally Stepped Up!I hope that this will start to move the market forward. Properties has been moving slowly in the New Olreans area and with out a health national market we will never get out of the slump that we are in. Lets just hope that the FHA 1.5% down plan that is soon to come with help out the people that ended up in the sub prime mess.
