Was I to harsh or would you like to borrow my stamp for your next lowball offer?

Olga-it wasn't the first time I've rejected an offer but it was the first time that the stamp seemed appropriate.
Cindy ~ I did the same thing a few weeks back but I didn't have a rubber stamp so we just wrote it in CAPS!

Hannah-I'm still shaking my head but the agent didn't respond to our rejection notice.
Frank-No to be completely truthful they offered $114,000 less than the list price :-)
Judith-of course in this case it was high tech since I added it electronically :-)
The stamp was in order. It was the proper response to an offer $100,000 below price
I'll take one of those too! I would also like to use it when my family asks too much from me! LOL
Susan-I admit this time I couldn't help myself. After we stopped laughing it seemed a statement needed to be made.
Ellen-as long as you keep the "ed" on the stamp and don't just but REJECT on their foreheads.
Cindy, 100K less? You've got to be kidding. I think the Red stamp was well earned.

Cindy, I can almost hear the ka-chink of the stamp as it hits the page! We have had sellers spell it out across the front page of the offer (in a sharpie) though. Not the same as the stamp but the message was just as well received.

Leah-yea it was 114K to be exact but who was counting pennies at that point:-)
Susan-we have to figure out more ways to make lemondaide these days when things come across our desk that just don't make any sense.
Jacque & Larry-I thought about having them write it on the front page but this time I felt it needed to stand out more.
