Interesting, Marilyn. This looks like a great subdivision, but I'm questioning the minimum of 9' ceiling height. Is that on the interior? That's a little confusing to me - would you please explain. How would they know the interior ceiling height from the exterior? Hmmmmmmm.

Daniel --this blog post was from 2011 so I just checked the lots for sale and there are currently 20 lots selling for $58,300. Anyone can purchase the lot and YES yuo can have a builder of your choice build your home on the lot
