Oceanside and San Diego are great places to live, but this former Californian has been enjoying the diverse business opportunities, greater affordability and mild weather in Charlotte, NC for over a decade. If you are thinking about relocating for business, moving your family or retiring, buying a home in Charlotte NC or SC, you'd be just 3 hours from the beach or the mountains. It is a great alternative!

Daniel- Seriously??? LOL Just kidding. That's the other reason I love Oceanside and San Diego. You are a short drive away from the ocean, mountains, deserts, lake, and MEXICO. :)
