Well nothing except that after searching out listings in the Oxnard real estate market, and the Ventura and Camarillo real estate markets, you have found the perfect home and you have moved in. Ain’t life grand?!!
But still there are a ton of boxes still to unpack, groceries at
the store to purchase, enroll the kiddies in their new school, check to see if the appliances are covered in the home warranty and the pressure of all this is just too overwhelming!
Let's not mention the summer blockbuster that will be debuting at a theater near you. "Where are the theaters near me? OMG, I don’t know where the theaters are near me". (Stay with me here, our hero and heroine of the story are very dramatic).

You can also get directions to the theater from your your new place, as soon as you go outside to check the house numbers again, one more time.
